  Dr Azam trained at King’s College Hospital, The Royal Free Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. She has been a Consultant for 7 years and is currently the Lead & Service Director for the Clinical Neurophysiology Department at Chelsea and Westminster and West Middlesex University Hospitals.
