Scrub
Anaesthetics
Work alongside anaesthetists in the operating theatre to administer and monitor anaesthesia during surgical procedures. You’ll prepare anaesthetic equipment, assisting with the induction of anaesthesia, monitoring vital signs throughout surgery and ensuring patient safety during the anaesthetic process.
Recovery
Care for patients as they wake up in the recovery room following surgery, monitoring vital signs, ensuring patients are stable, managing pain relief and assisting with post-operative care to ensure a smooth recovery. You’ll provide support and reassurance to patients as they regain consciousness and help prevent complications.

Our Theatre Practitioners work Monday to Saturday, 7.00am-9.00pm, with five short shifts per week. We’re committed to offering our people real flexibility, so you’ll always have a say in the hours you work.

Just like our patients, our colleagues come to us from all over the world. We’re happy to provide sponsorship and OSCE support for overseas candidates, as long as you’re a qualified Theatre Practitioner who meets our requirements and those set by the Home Office.
