Employment for 3rd year students
If you’re a nursing student at one of our academic affiliates and have a placement with us, you can benefit from a supportive and straightforward process to help you move into your first role. This includes:
- A guaranteed values-based employment interview with no testing for things like literacy or numeracy (plus coaching and support to help you reapply if you’re unsuccessful)
- The opportunity to work as a healthcare support worker after finishing your degree until your NMC registration is confirmed
- A high-quality preceptorship programme aligned to the CapitalNurse framework with a named preceptor from day one
