What you can expect as a graduate here

We know how much the right support matters at the start of your career, which is why we’ll be by your side from the beginning.
We’ll make sure you get the hands-on experiences you need to develop quickly, but you’ll always be supported by an expert team so that you feel fully confident in everything you do. You’ll also be allocated your very own mentor – someone you can turn to for day-to-day advice and guidance.
You will have the chance to discuss if a rotation programme is available and suitable to your personal career goals.  These can vary in duration, specialism, and hospital locations.
Once you’ve successfully completed the programme, you’ll have plenty of scope to progress. The breadth of our organisation will open up lots of new development opportunities where we offer exceptional on-going training programmes. You can choose to specialise or to experience life in a range of departments.
