Together we grow

We believe in investing in our bank colleagues, encouraging them to grow and thrive in the same way we support our permanent team members. After all, the part they play in making our patient care outstanding is just as crucial.

So, when you join our bank, you’ll complete a unique compliance and on-boarding process. After that, there’ll be lots of additional training modules on offer, in areas including Basic Life Support, Immediate Life Support and Advanced Life Support. All provided free of charge by HCA UK. That’s not to mention the learning and development you’ll get working alongside expert colleagues, using advanced healthcare technology, and supporting some of the leading consultants in their field.
