Nicola Gillis

She is responsible for all people-related aspects of HCA Healthcare UK, including leading on the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of the very best people. Nicola has had over 15 years’ experience as an HR Director in companies including Care UK, Blacks Leisure Group and Esporta Health Clubs. Nicola is also a Charity Trustee. Back to Management Team
