HCA wins twice at major industry awards

HCA International awarded Legal Advisor of the Year and special “Industry Choice” award for Blossoms Healthcare facility

9 October 2014, London --- HCA International Limited, which owns six of London’s leading independent hospitals, was awarded two top prizes at the LaingBuisson Independent Healthcare Awards on 7 October, in recognition of the organisation’s industry leading work and services.

Jasy Loyal was awarded Legal Advisor of the Year in recognition of the wide range of legal services she provided with her very small diversified team. The services included the revalidation program and implementation of a ground breaking bribery act risk management and compliance programme; Jasy’s team contributed significantly towards helping HCA International to become the first UK independent hospital group to put in place these regulations. The judges noted that they were “blown away by the breadth and diversity of services provided in-house” by HCA International, adding that Jasy’s work was “a clear winner” in the category.

Blossoms Healthcare, a part of HCA International that offers primary care and occupational health to leading corporate clients, was also recognised with a special “Industry Choice” award for service excellence and innovation. Attendees at the ceremony voted on the night for this category. Blossoms Healthcare was recognised by its industry peers from a pool of 46 healthcare providers. The award was collected by Magnus Kauders, Commercial Director of Blossoms Healthcare.
