HCA Connect extends opening hours

From 1st October, the HCA Connect phone lines are now open from 8 am to 8 pm. The extended hours will provide an even better service for callers wishing to book appointments or make enquiries.

Caroline Landy, Manager of HCA Connect said; ‘We were missing increased volumes of calls from patients and GPs when closing at 6 pm; we very much appreciate how the team has worked together to develop the plan to adopt a flexible working pattern. Now most members of the team only need to work late one night every week. ’

Mark Varian, Sales and Marketing Director said; ‘Later this year we aim to conduct more customer research to benchmark our service against our competitors, however we are confident the new opening hours will be the first step to improve our service to both patients and GPs.’
