Mr Adam Way is a Consultant Spinal surgeon at Frimley Park Hospital, where he specialises in treating patients with neck and back problems.

After qualifying he undertook his Orthopaedic surgical training at Barts and the Royal London Hospital, spending 2 years in the spinal unit at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore and a further year doing an advanced spinal fellowship. He routinely uses a microscope and utilises minimally invasive spinal techniques for spinal degenerative, trauma and tumour work. These skills assist patients with their rehabilitation and also reduce their length of hospital stay.

Mr Way is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a member of the British Association of Spinal Surgeons. He has written papers and presented nationally and internationally on spinal conditions.

Mr Way ensures his patients understand their spinal problem and how best to treat it. He is reliant on a good team around him to assist in the management of their condition and where possible will utilize non-operative treatments. All decisions for surgery will be discussed at length with his patients to ensure they fully understand the proposed treatment.
