Since 2004 he has created the ideal unit in terms of paediatric endoscopic intervention and diagnosis. Dr Thomson travels down to London 1-2 days per week in order to conduct paediatric gastroenterology clinics and endoscopy lists and has travelled widely around the world performing endoscopic procedures and clinics.
