Mr John Rubin is a Consultant Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon at The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital, a part of The University College Hospital London NHS Trust, where he is Chair of the Consultant Forum. He is an Honorary Consultant ENT Surgeon at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, a part of the University College London Hospital Trust. He is also Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Ear Institute, University College London.Mr Rubin's particular interests lie in voice disorders and laryngeal surgery. He has written extensively, including several books, numerous articles and chapters, and regularly lectures on voice-related topics. Mr Rubin has served in multiple capacities on many international editorial and scientific boards and committees. Mr Rubin is a past President of the British Voice Association. He is also a past President of the Collegium Medicorum Theatri. He is a founding member of the European Academy of Voice and of the British Laryngologic Association.. He is Assistant Treasurer and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ENT UK.
