Mr Eyiyemi Pearse graduated from Oriel College Oxford in 1995 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree, and an honours degree in Physiological Sciences. He was an Orthopaedic Specialist Registrar on the South West Thames rotation and developed an interest in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery when he worked with Paul Calvert at St George's Hospital. He undertook a fellowship at the renowned Reading Shoulder Unit where he worked with Ofer Levy and Stephen Copeland. Mr Pearse also has an interest in arthroscopic knee surgery and undertook a fellowship at the North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Centre where he worked with Bruce Caldwell who was trained by and is now a partner with Leo Pincewski and Merv Cross. On 1st August 2007, Mr Pearse was appointed as an Orthopaedic and Trauma Consultant with a special interest in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, Arthroscopic Surgery and Trauma at St George's Hospital in London.
