Dr Langford qualified from Cambridge University and King's College School of Medicine, trained at King's, St Mary's and Guy's hospitals and was appointed a Consultant in Cardiology in 1998 at Bromley and King's College Hospitals. Dr Langford developed a high-quality non-invasive Cardiology service and set up coronary angiography and permanent pacing at Princess Royal University Hospital. He was Clinical Director for Vascular Medicine at South London Healthcare NHS Trust. He is the Internal Medicine Training Programme Director at the Princess Royal. Dr Langford's scope of practice in both NHS and private practice covers the whole of Cardiology, including heart failure, valve disease and heart rhythm disorders, with a particular interest in Cardiology in pregnancy.
