Dr Phil Harrison qualified from St George's Hospital Medical School in 1984. He trained in Hepatology at King's College Hospital, London and Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, and was awarded MD by the University of London in 1992. Subsequently he studied for a PhD in molecular and cell biology in the Department of Molecular Medicine at Kings College London. In 1994 he was appointed as Senior Lecturer at Kings College London and Consultant Hepatologist at King's College Hospital. He joined London Bridge Hospital as a Consultant Hepatologist in 1996.Dr Harrison has given invited lectures throughout the world and is also a respected author. He is a member of the British, European and American Associations for the Study of the Liver.Dr Harrison's practice offers a full range of liver services, although he has a particular clinical interest in viral hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma. His consultation rooms are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind and offer you a pleasant and educational visit.
