Mr Giles Bantick is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and Hand Surgeon. He is the Lead Consultant for Plastic Surgery at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and visiting Consultant Plastic Surgeon for west Middlesex University Hospital. Mr Bantick has two major areas of expertise, plastic and reconstructive surgery (including cosmetic surgery) and hand surgery. In Plastic Surgery, his main interest is in the treatment of skin cancers (including BCC), particularly on the face where the cosmetic result is so important, the removal of lumps and bumps, skin lesions including cysts and moles, scar improvement, cosmetic surgery and non-surgical treatments including wrinkle treatments (botox treatments and fillers), reconstructive surgery, and hand surgery. Mr Bantick treats the whole spectrum of hand conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, trigger finger, arthritis, ganglions, hand injuries such as lacerations, tendon and nerve injuries, hand and finger fractures and dislocations, wounds/soft tissue injuries, and pain in the hand. He also works closely with a hand therapist.
